A Bridge
Its rails used to use as a cargo line to transport limestones. Now it's used for passenger Ome-sen line. Ome-sen line has two ways for the next station "Nishi-Tachikawa." One is for local, another is for Rapid runs straight to Tokyo-eki station not stop at Tachikawa. And this point is the Rapid trains' overpass Chuo-sen line.
Maybe, those limestones are now in the city of Tokyo as buildings, roads and so on as concrete. Kind of a historical one in this town.
